It would be nice to talk to an actual human being rather than have to fight with texting. I have a support animal because I have Parkinson's which makes it extremely difficult to text.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I just had a simple question about a second harness.

They explained it to me and resolved the issue.

Do the same contact right away. They very good at getting back to you and do their best to resolve the issue you facing.

The Customer Service is excellent and the short time it took for my papers to arrive was fantastic. It was also very easy to get my papers and did not take long at all. I highly recommend.
