It would be nice to talk to an actual human being rather than have to fight with texting. I have a support animal because I have Parkinson's which makes it extremely difficult to text.

Awesome save my money from the apartment dont need deposit for pet only with rent with month for pet $20 and I keep up every years and I will try to see if any doctor vet give me less than expensive cost.

The issue I wrote about has since been resolved. However, trying to get in touch with your company by phone apparently is not possible, even though a phone number is provided.
I dont like that.
I want to be able to speak with someone so that I dont have to type everything. Its really frustrating as I tend to make errors due to the arthritis in my fingers and hands.

Charge not approvef
My name is Donna Daughtrey I was charge a 99.00 fee that I did not authorized. Shows submitted the 6 of February and posted the 12th.!I cant seem to get a live person

Resolved: Saying thank you
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I just had a simple question about a second harness.
They explained it to me and resolved the issue.
Do the same contact right away. They very good at getting back to you and do their best to resolve the issue you facing.
The Customer Service is excellent and the short time it took for my papers to arrive was fantastic. It was also very easy to get my papers and did not take long at all. I highly recommend.

I received my letter and after a few glitches everything turned out great. Thank you for keeping me up to date!
- - Payment issue and fear of double charges.
- - I don't have a dog; the charge was for dog training.
- - Issue resolved after a few emails; not very tech-savvy.
The site would not take my payment right away and I was afraid that I had paid twice and/or for dog training and I dont have a dog. All was ok in the end after a few emails.
I am not a Techie so it may have just been me that was compromised. Thank you for working this through.
